January’s “Last Saturday” Wine Tasting

Radda is celebrating a new year and the region we’ve named ourselves after! We’re looking ahead to doing what we do best; Tuscan inspired, exquisite, personalized neighborhood Bistro Dining. Lori is back, sometimes with baby Sydney in tow. Ben is also back from his travels and joins Jordan, Lori and Rob in the kitchen. Daylon, Jon and Erica continue manning the front of the house, while Brian is off to Italy, promising to send us fresh goodies.
We will no longer be serving lunch as of February 5th! It’s a tough decision, but will allow us to focus on specials and leisurely simmering dishes all day that require the personalized attention and love that makes the food at Radda so good.
To honor Tuscany, we will be serving various wines, from San Gimignano, Radda, Castellina, Montepulciano, and more. Sun-kissed whites and earthy toned reds. We’ll compare Super-Tuscans and D.O.C.G.s. In breaking traditions, we learn to appreciate them!
