- Carol Shelton’s ‘05 “Rendez-Vous Rosé” made from California Carignane
- Eberle ‘04 Syrah Rosé of Paso Robles
- Campo de Borja ‘06 “ZaZa” Granache Rosé of Spain
- Folonari’s ‘05 Pink Pinot Grigio of Italy
- David Girard Rosé - a blend of Mourvedre and Syrah
- even a little Pinot Noir Pink Bubbly!
$15 samples these wines as we try to make pink a cool thing to drink. Paired with our Pink Beet Risotto Croquette, available all night.
