Radda is a hilltop town in Chianti where we’ve all spent time together. In Radda there are several caffe-bars where you can get a quick panino, a hot meal, a glass of wine, beer, or a cold drink. It’s the Tuscan lifestyle we wish to create here at our Radda, where the food is fresh, seasonal, well prepared and the atmosphere is relaxed. We strive for a modern, simple cuisine, blending American beer and wine marinades with a Mediterranean food ethic of olive oils, simple grilling and fresh produce.
